BEWARE: Staffs sign in and never come in to do the job. Never came many times. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I understand that a big company like this finds it difficult to control over each staff doing their job right but QUALITY OVER QUANTITY. PSWs are given the outmost trust to care for our vulnerable elderly parents and relatives. You’re working for the vulnerable. DO BETTER.

If I could provide ZERO star rating, I would. This is the most dysfunctional agency anywhere. Scheduling is a nightmare, the qualifications, or shall I say, the lack thereof, from this agency’s PSW staff is shocking and abusive!!My aging grandmother was injured by one their so-called educated PSW’s. Honestly, I don’t know where they get these people from! 50% of them are incompetent, incapable and abusive. Co- ordinators, schedulers, even the Operations manager cannot enactvthe necessary changes in structure to provide adequate care. Bayshore is amazing!!! If not for Bayshore nursing and PSW staff, my loved one would have expired under the watch of Paramed!!Take this good advice, steer clear of Paramed. Don’t even apply for work there. The good ones all leave to work for a reputable agency like Bayshore or St. Elizabeth. Paramed is disgusting.

I'll give this place on more star than Bayshore because they were admittedly a little more patient and kind with addressing my wife's complex health issues.As with any nursing agency we've been with over the last ten years, there are always a few good nurses that put on a good attitude and work hard to be friendly, kind, and work hard to do a good, clean job without prying too much into our personal lives but do their best to be as helpful as possible, including my wife's case managers at each agency. They are the kind of nurses who you can tell were just meant for the job.Not all of them are so great though. My wife and I have had really really extensive experience with multiple home nursing agencies and they're all the same. Bayshore as a company is no different. There's always quite a few who don't care, only think of patients as numbers and can't wait to just get the job done"

The experience with ParaMed has been TERRIBLE. My mother has ALS and this company has made home care unnecessarily stressful for both my mother and us as caregivers. We have experienced some PSWs who are professional con artists and try to get money and items from my family. I even caught this person snooping in my purse and used my phone charger without my permission. ParaMed was informed but this person was not fired which is disgusting. 85% of their PSWs don't know how to provide basic care necessities such as simple diaper changing or a proper bed bath. Us as family members have had to train their PSWs on how to change a diaper and then they need repeated training or have responded, if you don't like how I change a diaper

I'm going back to them, I have been service will by this company.

I would NOT reccomend.PSWs have ZERO credability.They will say they tried door bell...They say you didnt answer your phone...One even said your dogs were not locked away so I left. " when she never called to say she was on her way.Meanwhile you wait at the front door for them to show up

Paramed is a horrible service provider. They have no control over their staff and they neglect their clients.

Recruits anybody off the street. PSW Workers are not certified, educated or experienced.

Sadly, this company has very little concern or regard for the vulnerable sector they are hired to provide care for. What a terrible example of a homecare provider. Extremely unreliable. The number of no shows or in and out the door" appointments are concerning. Our loved ones are being neglected. The care that they need and we rely on
