SafeTech Alarm Systems

I have been with SafeTech for over 10 years! I think they are the cheapest Home Security Systems with monitoring in the industry.I would recommend Safe Tech to anyone that is looking for a new Security companyWe always feel that our property is in good hands, safe and secure. Hope they continue to provide good service.

Had great experience with safetech. Specially employee Laila was very corporative and guided me very nicely according to my requirement. It's reasonable, and i will refer more people to safetech Alaram systems.

I have alarms installed from safe tech alarm for my business. My place got smashed and robbed. The alarm went off the entire night, I wasn’t in town to pick up the phone. When I installed, I asked them clearly if no one picked up the phone, what procedures will they take. They said they will have guards coming to the property to check things out and if something bad happened they will call the police. Clearly they did not take the procedures they said they will take. They didn’t even try to reach us the next day, I called them, all they did was push me around and said someone will contact, but no one contacted me after all. I don’t know why I am paying for a service that is not even doing their job properly. If you want your property to be safe and you want yourself to be safe in your property. Do not use safe tech alarm!!!!!!!

Been with SafeTec since December 2011, 12 years now. Customer service staff are a joy to deal with;. prompt, courteous. Monitoring agency staff, ups and downs. But on par great. Never had any issues with call backs, in fact swift call backs whenever (unfortunately) the home alarm is activated. Overall a great, reliable partner to have for your home security.

I would recommend Safe Tech to anyone that is looking for a new Security company. They have a great sales and support team, that always take the time to understand your needs and recommend the best options.I recently renewed my term with Safe Tech, plus required 7 hardwire contacts to be reinstalled after my windows were replaced. Sharon in both cases was there to help me out, and she along with her colleagues make Safe Tech a great option for your security needs.

We subscribed with Safetech when we moved into our new home, continuing the subscription from the previous owners. They were always very responsive, and patiently went over the instructions for actually using the system more than once (I decided to write down the notes the final time!). We are happy customers and would recommend them.

I have been using SafeTech for many years. I decided to upgrade my alarm system to today's technology. I placed a call to Sharon and let her know my requirements. Within a few days I had a keyless entry system and camera with voice doorbell. Always a pleasure dealing with the SafeTech team. Thank you Sharon for taking the time to get my home protected with some of the latest technology. Also the tech Jerry was very professional, clean work and very detailed when explaining how the system/ app worked. Thanks for the great service always!
