Tom Lee Music Victoria

Purchased a Taylor 612ce prototype from Tom Lee Music's Reverb listings. Super happy! Guitar looks better in person. Plays and sounds great. 5 days after purchasing the guitar was in my hands (regular Canada Post shipping, not expedited). Would recommend Tom Lee's to anyone!

I recently purchased a Martin D-28 Modern Deluxe guitar and I’m very happy with my experience! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. James went above and beyond setting up the guitar for my playing style. He took the time to thoroughly explain a lot of the technical aspects of the guitar, patiently putting up with my limited knowledge. I will happily return for all my music needs in the future. Thanks James, the guitar sounds amazing!!

Excellent selection and service. My daughter was working on building her own home recording rig, and the staff were excellent at educating her both on price and functionality. We returned the next day with a technical issue, and they solved it in an instant without any complications. We will be customers here for many years I am certain.

HUGE selection of musical instruments and they also have amazing instructors. There is also a large approx 60 person auditorium hidden in back of store where your little musician performs on stage what they've learned.

Very impressed with this shop. Great selection in stock. Been looking to try a Taylor academy 10 and 12 back-to-back and they were one of the few shops that had both. Staff was great and very helpful with my newb questions. I don’t write many reviews but this shop was way better than expected.

Very disappointed. I went in excited to find a music store that had some of the books I wanted for flute. As a flute teacher just starting out, I naturally offered my services to them as a teacher, but when I told Rosa - the education coordinator - that flute was my only instrument, she laughed at me. I could not believe her crass response, so I returned my books and Tom Lee Music has lost my business for good.

This is such a wonderful place to purchase a piano. Simon is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and works with your individual needs and budget to find the right piano for you. We were purchasing two brand new Yamaha pianos (one acoustic, one digital) and were so happy with the entire experience from start to finish. Had been a pleasant customer of Tom Lee for the last 11 years; unfortunately not anymore, at least in Victoria.... I leave out the majority of the staff; but a couple, including one from the management team, do need a Customer Service 101, so unfortunate....

I want to give a big shout out to the staff at Langford Tom Lee Music. I inquired a week ago about a guitar that they had at their Langley store. I wanted to try it but wasn’t sure that I would like it or want to purchase. They told me no problem, they would bring it in for me to try no commitment. They were so helpful and professional while making me feel welcomed and safe. Deal done and I am so Happy!

Our experience was outstanding from start to finish! A number of months back we set out to visit multiple stores in search of a new piano for my wife. Our first stop was Tom Lee Music in Victoria and soon it was clear this was the only stop to make.We worked with Simon Phillips who is very professional at what he does! He showed us a range of vehicle mainly centering around Hybrids which he focused on based on what we were after. His suggestions were bang on! After a few months of considering options and becoming personally okay with the purchase I reached out to Simon again. He was so easy to work with remotely from the order, arrival in-store, and finally home delivery. He updated us on the status at every stage and today our brand new Yamaha NU1X arrived. My wife loves it and don't regret for a second choosing Tom Lee Music.
