I’ve been with McDougall for over 20 years. The Barry’s Bay team has always been very professional, friendly and prompt. Gary especially has provided top notch service in the past several years. Very happy with this service.

100% recommend McDougall Insurance!!!!A little back story:I had an unfortunate experience with my last broker and insurance company during a claim, that did not advise me at all. After months of discussions from coworkers/friends/family it was clear I should have been advised more appropriately from the people I paid month after month. I lost all trust in the system and who was suppose to be there for me.I decided I needed to make a change. I spoke to Gary and he heard what happen and felt horrible. He wished they were there to help me at the time I needed help. He went right to work and explained everything to me. It didn’t take long to know my decision to switch over. I had been with my old broker for 10+ years and I felt so alone in my claim process and duped.
