The Business operates on the Buyer Beware Principle! The fact that E Bikes and Scooters are not rain or water proof (your E-Bike or Scooter may fail to operate in the rain or after hitting a puddle) is a risk that you the buyer will be 100% on the hook for when the bike or scooter breaks down. In addition the Proprietor states that he does not warranty labor (only parts). Proprietor cannot commit to scheduling warranty work for your E-Bike and cannot guarantee that he can make a warranty repair on the same day you bring in your E- bike. The fact is that labor charges under warranty will be fully 100% your cost and no guarantee as to how long the work may take once you turn in your E-Bike. Out of civility I will not get into the Customer Relations side of this; however, the single star has been well-earned.

Great experience. Took our Kugoo electric scooter to Keith. Replaced battery and did not charge for service. Very friendly and timely service. Great to have place to take an electric scooter as it is very limited to find anywhere.
