*zero stars* ERVIN LAMCJA is extremely unprofessional and should not be considered for management of any condo or building. He does not follow instructions well and he has been caught several times being dishonest. Please reconsider hiring him.***Update*** Del has not answered me at all. What a horrible company. I was also just informed the they have been caught harassing tenants too! We need this company OUT!***Update#2*** I got my money back with no help from management. They have lied and and tried to manipulate the system, but failed. Please reconsider this company when trying to find management for your building.

Slow to respond if ever. So many open ended letters that end with them saying 'dispatched to investigate' but nothing ever comes out of it. Not sure the building would operate differently without them there. Absolutely careless and non responsive.
