Bad. Not honest, disorganized. In my case Reza did not honor his proposal for a service which he gave me and confirmed 3 (three) times. Before the meeting I sent him all information which he did not bother to look through. At the end, in spite of multiple remaining to check all documents, still managed to miss one just before closing the deal.

Terrible. The company offers on the web either a flat rate or an hourly rate. In his proposal Reza gave me a fixed flat rate for a straight-forward simple transaction; he stated in written several times that it would include everything, but at the end he charged 20% more. His secretary missed some documents causing last minute rush. Unprofessional and dishonest service, do not recommend it to anybody.In spite of the Owner's respond (which is one sided, not accurate either) I insist on my rating and my review. In my case, Reza did not honor his own, 3 times confirmed quote, neither did he his job in a well organized way. I do not recommend his service to anybody, unless a client likes to be charged by 20% more than he/she is quoted and absolutely promised, and got a heart attack because his/her attorney got missed something the very last moment.

These guys rock!We’ve completed several real estate transactions with Cawkell Brodie in the past 15 years and there’’s never been a problem. The latest deal had a very tight deadline with a number of last moment complications. Reza and Hali somehow pulled it off under very trying circumstances.Highly recommended!
