I have been taking all my footwear to be repaired, tapped, stretched, dyed since I was a little girl with my parents. I am still going there, I am very satisfied with the work. If the item isn't worth repairing I would be informed of that as to not waste my money. I respect that. I brought a very expensive purse to them for repairs (purse was my wife's, not mine). They did an excellent repair at a very reasonable price. Then gave them a pair of golf shoes to repair and again, excellent results at a great price. I now have two pairs of cowboy boots there and hope to be dancing in them next week.

They’ve done lots of work for me on shoes and purse zipper repair, and always been great. I do find you need to be very specific in what you want done (I showed a hole in the heel of a pair of boots and just the heels were replaced not the entire sole the first time I brought something there, but it was an easy fix months later when the rest of the sole needed fixing and not the heel).
