A real pro. Dr Beattie took care of me, explained things clearly, and let me in on all of the steps I was going through for cataract surgery. On the day of my procedure, she calmly went through the surgery in very short order. In and out in no time, excellent recovery and follow-ups.

Dr. Beattie & her staff are wonderful! I was referred to the Hamilton Eye Institute as a emergency case & was seen by her Resident Opthamologist and he was a testament to how great of a MD Dr. Beattie is. I’ve seen her for multiple follow ups since that emerge visit and she is always on time, very pleasant demeanour and most important, very helpful. My appointments are quick, yes, but I never feel rushed or pushed out the door when I’m there. Not very often you find a doctor, and a specialist at that, who’s such a down to earth person.

My mother had an appointment this morning and they were litterally not there. Ive found 3 different numbers for this office and I can't get ahold of anyone on all three. She went to the office and knocked on the door and no answer. How is it okay that you can have an appointment and the doctor is litterally not there but they have the right to charge you for a no show. Paid for parking stood in front for like 20 mins. Very unprofessional like most the medical field in Canada. We will be switching now.
