We were super happy with our overall experience with Panda. They were highly competitive in their pricing and were an easy choice after meeting them in person. The best part was the transparency of their pricing. Other companies threw random numbers at us and never explained how they got to the numbers. Panda sent us a comprehensive free quote that broke down the cost of each item. They promised that they would not charge us anymore than what was quoted and if less materials were needed (which they were) they would alter the cost to lower it (which they did) We appreciated the transparency of the interaction from start to finish.The guys came in and did a great job. Super clean, put down mats everywhere and left virtually no trace of their presence when they were gone.We felt a difference almost immediately and within two days we turned our thermostat down. We used Panda to bring our 3 attic spaces of 2200 sq feet up to r60 from r12 and r20. Brian and Paul were both very friendly and professional and we are very happy with the efficiency and cleanliness of the process end to end. I did some research on local companies to install / upgrade attic insulation in my home.Brian (the owner) came to inspect the attic, made recommendations and give guidance on the Energy Rebate Program.He was a pleasure to deal with and was very knowledgeable about the industry and rebates.He promptly answered follow-up questions i had and I felt confident in going ahead with Panda.On the day the work was booked the installers were also very polite and respectful of my home. Afterwards they did a thorough clean up and offered me the opportunity to inspect their work and confirm everything was left in a clean state (to be fair they made little mess at all).In summary, this was a very stress-free, prompt and excellent experience.Thank you Brian and the Team!
