We once again had the most phenomenal experience with Frank Silva as our Clothing Advisor. He was superior in every facet, and incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He was a joy to work with and we couldn't have possibly had a better experience. We would recommend him and your store to anyone.

Frank is a great salesman. He’s very knowledgable when it comes to your taste and his own. He’s not afraid to say his own opinion and to prove how his opinion works with the outfit. He also is able to pick out basically exactly what you need after two or three try’s. If you see him, in the store, I highly recommend for you to go and speak to him.

My sister and I went shopping with my brother to get a grey suit for our nephew's wedding in July. We had someone who was knowledgeable, humble, patient, and an expert in men suits help us out! He spent over an hour helping my brother find the best grey suit, white shirt and brown shoes to go with his look. Towards the end of night while chatting we found out that he was the store manager Basil who helped us out!!! We loved him! So personable and just a genuine person looking to help us out!

Purchased a suit for my Dad in 2019 and was told that lifetime alterations were included. I called today and was told that is not the case and that the outlet never offered this. So either I was lied to when the sale was being made or their policy changed because both myself and my Dad recall our sales guy telling us this. Its very disappointing that whomever I spoke to on the phone didn't take my word on this even though I've been a loyal customer for years and it literally costs 10-15 dollars to alter the pants longer. Unfortunately, I dont have the time or energy to go the store to argue, I will just go somewhere else for alterations and likely never purchase a suit from here again. Great customer service!

I went in with my husband, who was looking for a suit, which he needed for fancier business meetings (it's casual Friday every day, generally). We were helped by Nancy, the manager of the store. We felt at ease with her immediately, and she took the time to listen to what my husband was looking for. He was open minded about what he wanted, and she pulled out many suits that he might be interested in. Whenever we chose something, she would honestly give her opinion about why it might or might not suit him. She made excellent suggestions about additions (shirts, ties, pocket squares) that would complement what he liked. She wasn't afraid to disagree with any of our choices, and was supportive of things that we liked that worked. We feel very lucky to have chanced upon her helping us. (She had overheard me saying, when we walked by her initially, that I hoped that we could find a salesperson to help us; she came and found us a few minutes later offering her help.) Anyway, we left with a few suits, a casual jacket for date nights

I've gone to Imam for four suits and he's always friendly and informative. He always remembers which suits I have in my wardrobe and has even fixed some tailoring on two other jackets for me. He has an excellent eye and a good sense of what items will work well with my wardrobe. For those needing to build up a work wardrobe, the outlet shop has great prices and the service I've experienced has been on par with other Harry Rosen stores I've shopped at. Highly recommend this store!

We had an awesome experience with Diana. She asked us if we needed anything as soon as we entered into the store. We said no. She gave us our space. Since there were a lot of choices, we were becoming overwhelmed. She didn’t hesitate to help us and without asking too many questions was able to find exactly what we were looking for in good prices! We’d go back just for her!

I’ve had the pleasure of having Imam fit me for clothes for more than a decade. He always warmly greets me and gives me his honest opinion on the clothes.Buying clothes can be overwhelming at times, though not with Imam. Always chooses the right size and products. He doesn’t make it about the cost - he wants to build a long lasting relationship.Imam, you’re a pleasure to deal with and make buying clothes - even for a big guy like me!

Today my husband and I went to the HR outlet. He has a themed work event that is being put on for his clients and was in need of a suit. We were greeted by Style advisor Micheal Rubin and without hesitation he jumped right into catering to my husband’s requirements. Micheal was able to tell my husband’s suit size by looking at him and put together an outfit that included a full suit, shirt, tie, pocket square and shoes for an incredibly reasonable price. All beautiful tailored from Italy. Michael was helpful, funny and so kind. He honestly made it fun and we were in and out unless then an hour. I would highly suggest this experience to anyone, especially if you are in a rush or just need to find a suit. We were so appreciative of Michaels service & expertise and can not wait to visit again.
