Every part of our furniture buying experience was phenomenal. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. The delivery crew was very careful getting our new Livingroom set assembled and in place. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top quality furniture at an affordable price.

We are very pleased with the way Bothwell Furniture dealt with a problem we had with a pair of Best power recliners we had purchased. When they arrived, the smooth finish of the covering wasn't what my wife and I expected. We reached out to manager Dave Beamish, who took back the recliners and let us choose ones with another covering. They arrived within a month of ordering and at no extra cost. We couldn't be more pleased with the colour and finish of the covering. Buying furniture can be an overwhelming experience, with all the different choices of coverings and finishes, and this explains how we ended up with ones we didn't like. That is partly on us and the salesperson Char Atkins, but the generous response to our concerns was extremely gratifying.

We were looking for a new couch. After checking the others usual stores we found a beautiful Lazyboy recliner here. It was on sale, no tax and free delivery. Sales was a pleasure to work with. Couch was delivered the following the Friday. The delivery guys were great! They were very friendly, set up the new couch and even installed felt pads on the frame for us. Great experience and highly recommend them! Thanks again!
