He is tucked a little ways out of the way but this is one of the best banh mi I've had. It's a perfect bite of sweet meat/spicy sauce/sour pickled veg and the price is about average to other fresh made sandwiches.

Been here a few times and have enjoyed every meal there. Today I had the Jerk Chicken Tacos and they were amazing! I also always enjoy the meat lovers sandwich. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Got the triple b meatball under the recommendation of the shop. It's delicious, heavy in size, and hearty. The hot sauce is fabulous! Will return.Lots of free parking and takes plastic.

I ordered the meatball banh mi and wonton soup. Both were pretty good especially in a random industrial area.The only constructive criticism I have is use less mayo/sauce on the banh mi next time. The pickled vege could be a bit more sour to cut the very rich banh mi. Though I think vietnamese mayo would work better than regular. The meatball is season well with lots of black pepper, garlic green onion. It was very moist and GBD on the outside. The baguette could be a bit bigger so the sandwich won't break apart as easy.The wontons reminded me of the Hong Kong style ones which pleasantly surprised me since viet wontons has their own taste. The char Sui was ok chewy but not great. There was plenty of green onion and herbs to make the soup taste fresh and light as it should be. The prices are fair.

I ordered the meatball sandwich and it was amazing. The sandwich was massive, the bread was fresh and the flavours were amazing. I’m definitely coming back to try the rest of their menu. Highly recommend.

Got myself a meatball banh mi today and it’s a delicious sandwich. The meatballs were humongous and tasty. I got it with spicy sauce and it was well delivered. The vegetables and meat ratio was just right. This was my first visit but definitely won’t be my last.

Was really craving a Bahn mi and decided to give this place a try. To be honest, wasn’t the biggest fan. If you’re looking for a traditional Bahn-mi, this is not the place. No paté and flavours just felt off. Owner was super friendly though and the portion was generous.

Found this spot while driving by and happy we stopped in. Got the pork banh mi and tofu sandwiches, was not disappointed. Both were so flavourful. Individual working the counter was polite and welcoming. Will pop by again when in the area.

Waited years to try this place and it was years I wish I was going.I started with the beef pho(daily special) and that was a nice clean broth. Not overwhelming but very well balanced. The filling was great, noodles weren't super chewy or stiff, the meat wasn't paper thin and melting away, the vegetables were fresh and crisp. A great meal.I had made a note that my sandwiches would be for dinner later on. This lead into my meals being prepared deconstructed and it worked out perfectly because I could reheat the meat and toast the bagette (YA NOT JUST A HOTDOG BUN!)I had the triple b meatball and the tofu sandwhiches They were frikken HUGE. Like holy smokes they were packed with flavour and not just meat + binding agent. The tofu was a bit soft when I reheated it, but that's on me. It was coated visibly with a crispy layer and also packed with spices.The veggies were still crisp and tasted great. The sauces were just enough heat and I think there was a bit of tang.The meat lovers plate was big! Lots of meat, just enough salad and rice. Salad and rice were staples. The meat was seasoned great, it was still moist after reheating too.11/10, I am seriously considering having a weekend catered for my household of 3 just to try the rest of that menu

I've worked at this restaurant a few years ago. The owner does put alot of time and effort to prepare the ingredients before opening. The kitchen was always clean and he was super friendly boss. Not surprised at all this restaurant still doing good for so long time.I used to have a meatball Bahn mi, daily special pho to go all time after work. The meatball here is as twice as big as ones in Subway and tastes so much better too.You won't be disappointed with quality of food here.(and the size of meatballs lol)
