In the store 10 minutes before I had to ask for help. Counter persons chatting about personal life...sorry, not great service at Christmas. But, the store was clean, unfortunately didn't have what I was looking for. I walked the entire store before asking for help.

I was in the store today and the staff are by far the happiest,nicest people I have ever met. Every single 1 of them were full of cheer and made me feel so comfortable..I bought more than I went in for because of how happy and funny they were..I'll DEFINITELY be back..Thanks y'all.

I went into this store this morning to see if they sold pasta driers.There was a male clerk in the store who ignored me and also a female clerk in the store who also ignored me. At no time was I asked if I needed any help. I ended up at Lee Valley, where I got great service.
