A flat tire necessitated a call to CAA last week. A+ Towing arrived to assist in a small car but also were not able to remove the tire from the truck. Another call had to be placed to CAA for the same business to send out a tow truck. An hour later they dropped us and our vehicle at OK Tire. Without waiting to see if they were able to help us at OK Tire they hopped in their truck and drove away. So for a service call and a tow call they were paid by CAA without showing the courtesy of ensuring that we had been towed to a garage who could change our tire. Turns out they really couldn't fit us into the schedule but after hearing our dilemma of being out of town they called in a worker to get us on our way.
