Gamestop (Indoor Location)

We love going here and checking out the new games and toys. Staff is always helpful.

(This is for the outdoor location, but I could not find it in Google reviews, not sure if the staff are shared)Top notch service from Norman and his co-worker this evening (unfortunately didn’t get the other fellow’s name). I bought a new X Box Series X from the southside location and got it all set up and running. I noticed a strange squeeking sound from the fan when it ran, and thought “Well, that doesn’t sound right, but hey, let’s play some games and we’ll go and talk to the guys at Game Stop tomorrow.” About an hour into playing, the console crackled, snapped sputtered and went dark. Unresponsive, totally dead. The south location had just closed for the evening, but the GS downtown was still open. I called them and asked if they could help. They said they’d do their best, but I’d have to get there in ten minutes because they closed soon. I hurried on over as fast as legally possible ;) and arrived just as the they were ushering the last customer out and getting ready to lock up. Running through the parking lot, buggered X Box clutched in my arms, shouting “WAAAIIIIT! CAN YOU HELP ME???” Norman was, of course, very confused but after a bit of an explaination he invited me in, and processed a warranty exchange. I felt so horrible being “THAT GUY” keeping them from going home to their families on time, but they were so understanding and accomodating. Huge shout out to these two blokes. The replacement seems to be working properly so far. They made my evening much better than it could have been. To put things in perspective, I’ve never given a Google review before, but these guys deserve some acknowledgement above the “Thank you so much!” as I left the shop over fifteen minutes after they had closed. Cheers, gents.

A great place for pop culture collectables and video games. You can do all your shopping here for whatever your interested in, and if they don’t have it ask Jace or Jennie to help you track it down. 10/10 would highly recommend!

We went to the outside Game Stop at Park Place Mall. The customer service experience was fantastic. Norman was very pleasant to speak with about our game experiences and very personable! I highly recommend this place!

Chase & Jenni are awesome and friendly staff when coming in there, very friendly, haven't been in there in a while. There customer service is on point.

Lost my preorder. Stick with Amazon.
