Looking at the display of ingredients made me want to leave but I'm praying I won't get sick the lettuce was brown and sauce all in the cucumbers there was flys thobinknow you can't control that bust the ingredients didn't look fresh at all

One of the worst staff I ever encountered at a Subway. They’re very rude, didn’t accept any coupons and burnt my sandwich and wouldn’t do anything about it. Definitely my worst experience at a subway ever.

Very rude staff member’sThey should be either fired or trained how to talk to customersI asked for water She said we dont have it.By law any restaurant that refuses to provide water will be forced to shut down.

Worst customer service ever....super rude and not caring at all that the food I was give was old and rotten( old lettuce and nasty tomatoes)....couldn't even prepare a salad properly because the bowl was dirty and I was told they didn't have time to wash things so they couldn't cut my salad. I will never go back there again.

Worst customer service ever! They filled up my soup half way, as if I didn't pay for it. Usually I understand fast service when there is a line they are under stress, but I was the only one there... I found her to be annoyed at me when I asked to remove the non edible to end of the tomato, to I had I asked it a second time because she gave me another one to which I had to ask a second time to remove. Just quite disappointing

Very poor service, wanted a glass of water and they refused to give a cup or fill it with water even though we purchased 2 sandwiches. They also treat customers pretty rudely. Other subways are much better and luckily there are many other restaurants to choose from at the food court.

Worst service ever ! I work in the mall for more than 20 years !! Never seen this kind of service !! The chicken was soo wet in water and still serve it . When ask for the trio i took the biscuit. The guy that served me was going and get the new batch put the other girl tells him to give me the old bag that was already sitting there under the cash ! The grease went thru the bag !! It was discusting !! Tou guys just lost a client !!

I didn't like the grilled chicken and turkey sandwiches that I tried twice in this branch. One of them made me feel stomachace right after eating the sandwiche. And also we couldn't order online which makes us to wait in a long queue. Overlly, did not worth the price we pay for them.
