Lake view mobile home village is an excellent trailer park that has all the amenities and close to all the activities required for a small community. The management are next to none and keeps the trailer park a fantastic place to live. The management has supported the community for decades and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

Very decent mobile home park. Clean, paved, well maintained and not alot of crime and management is on top of anything that needs to be done. My friends have lived here for years and they like it. If I was to purchase a mobile home this would definitely be where I put it. Downside is all the trumpeter swans (I call them teradacdals lol) that live near the park. Bit of poop on ur cars is gross but if it's not them it'll be the seagulls lol. Overall 4* :)

RVpark has no maintenance, no snow removal. No privacy, the managers consistently invade peoples privacy and trespass through their lots and has been caught peeping through windows at night ,complaints have been made to the owner, but it seems he is the enabler. Laundry room bathroom is full of mold, disgusting. Many people come and go because of the managers invasion of privacy and their need to tell people how to live their life. No one here likes them . Im looking to move to a better place . I also have years of security camera footage as proof.
