Sasha was amazing! She fun and easy going to talk to :). The store is inclusive-plus size, trans safe, LGBTQ aligned, and they respect pronouns! I was so welcomed and didn’t feel like I was being watched. I recommend this store to people looking for a good vide, great time and dope products to take home and have fun with!

Not a single thing I have purchased from here has worked after one time. And they don't allow returns or exchanges. Yet they push you to pay for their warranty when purchasing, not letting you know that everything you buy will need to be returned. I've spent over 200 $ just to not be able to use the products. Its infuriating. While the companies you buy from need so much information to even recieve a warranty, which unless you keep the recipt the boxes, the tags everything, you cannot, so in the end you are throwing away your own money. If this store would say..yeah so nothing you're going to buy is going to work ..so you should pay extra to make sure you have a quick and easy warranty, maybe people would pay the extra money. But I specifically asked..do people come in saying they dont work
