Been dealing with Amy from Brokerlink for all our insurance needs for quite some time now. She is absolutely fantastic to work with and makes insurance simple and easy. I had to make a claim and the company was fantastic. They truly care about the customer. Would highly recommend them.

Had a 45foot tree snap blocking siewalk and road they will do nothing . Canoe on roof of car destroyed . Nothing . When canoe was on top of car during storm crushing sunroof and damaging roof of car nothing . Im at a loss as to why i have insurance here at all . Will be looking elsewhere going forward . Terrible waste of money

My speeding ticket drops on April 29th and my policy renews on April 27th. Over 2 days, they are having me pay a full year insurance with the speeding ticket. The managers refused to give me the 2 day leeway and now over 2 days I'm being forced to pay an additional full year with the speeding ticket on file and higher cost. I think the company just cares about the money and not their clients.

I highly recommend speaking with Matt Nelson for your home and car insurance. Usually dealing with insurance companies is stressful and confusing, however Matt made the experience easy and enjoyable. As a true bonus he was able to find a better rate on my car insurance. He also connected me with the right person to handle my business insurance. I feel so lucky to have met Matt, and at ease knowing he has taken care of all my worries.

Update: After contancting the broker via email as per their request I have not recieved a response back. They failed to even acknowledge they recieved the email. This company will promise you everything and then deliver on nothing. Their only objective it make as much as they can off the customer before abandoning us when we needed them.☆Original Review☆, Some of the staff have lied to us and bullied us into taking an insurance settlement that is substantially below what they had promised when selling us the policy. They do not return calls and emails in a timely manner if at all. They side with the insurer even after saying they work for you as the customer. I am distugisted with the way I have been treated during my claims process by both the broker and their parent company Intact Insurance.

Had no issues. Help, advice and price were the main factors. Great service, great price, no hassles. Definitely worth looking into if requiring insurance that's affordable!
