.The Nelson House is a beautiful spot nestled in downtown Burlington in a wonderful neighbourhood. Close to the water, beaches, downtown restaurants, patios and miles of bike, walking and rollerblade paths along the water. Rob is a wonderful host who responds quickly to any requests or questions. Sunsets on the waterfront are magnificent, the place was spotless, the garden patio and front terrace are great added features. I highly recommend this place!

We stayed at 1445 Caroline St, Suite #2 over the winter of 2021-2022 and found the apartment exceptional. Its location is perfect as everything" you would need is within a 20 minute walk and most things (like restaurants

My son and I stayed in Maple Crossing location for a 6 month transition period and it could not have been a better fit. It was a perfect location to the lake and downtown area as well as the Mall and grocery stores. The home is spacious, clean and has everything you need and more to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Rob and Jackie were both attentive to whatever we needed and anything that needed attention was taken care of quickly. Our experience was perfect! Thanks so much!

This was the perfect furnished property with all the comforts of home to allow me to hit the ground running when I arrived in Burlington for work. The townhouse is in an amazing location close to the beach, trails, and all Burlington amenities. Rob the property manager and the home owner were easily accessible and responsive to any inquiries/requests. Would highly recommend!

Our two month stay in the Emerson suite 2 in downtown Burlington was a pleasant find for a couple looking for a home base whilst staying in the city. Everything we needed was conveniently provided and Rob, the landlord was friendly, responsive and welcoming. If we ever need to stay in Burlington again we certainly will consider RSA rentals.

Stayed for 12 months in the lower level of Rob’s Emerson House and it was a great choice. Location is perfect and walking distance to everything including the Lake. The apartment has everything you need and Rob made sure I was always comfortable. Thanks for your hospitality Rob.

We rented this lovely furnished home for 2 years. No need to bring anything other than your clothes! The home is well supplied with all items so you can move in and live comfortably. This end unit is a bonus as it offers a decent back patio. Newly installed remote blinds on the skylights help to darken the bedroom for sleeping. One outdoor parking spot, not ideal in the winter. Lots of parking nearby for visitors. The location is prime! Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, the lake, walking trails, grocery etc. Rob is an excellent landlord, responsive and timely with communications. Highly recommend this property for one or two individuals.

Excellent downtown core location--walking distance to theatre, restaurants, lakeshore, shopping, groceries. Easy access to QEW/403407. Spacious, cozy fully furnished apartment. Rob was the perfect host. So enjoyed my stay there. Would highly recommend. Moe
