Great, great, great place! They've got a huge stock of new and used tires, and they changed mine in 20 minutes without an appointment. Truly a great place.

William and Dan have always taken care of my car tires with good prices ! As a women I used to feel intimidated taking my car in anywhere feeling I would get taken advantage of ! They have always respected me as a customer !

Worst service i have ever got. i got my VW jetta for tyre change and these guys broke my 2 lug bolts and when i ask them to fix this they told me to come after 2 days buy when i came after 2 days they denied to fix it and said me that this is your car problem. worst service i ever got

I'm absolutely disgusted by the customer service here. Ive been going to rays for some time. In past experiences its been pretty decent. The last time I went to change my tires from winters to all seasons, they put the wrong tire size on my car. In less than a month my car transmission blew. I was told by my mechanic it was due to the wrong tires on my car. I then went to BMW to inquire and they told me the same thing. I tried contacting Ray's tires and they said its impossible its a mechanical issue. I then sent my dad in just so I can receive the correct tire size and Ray was moving all shifty. he said to my father well she signed the paper". At Rays you pay before the job is done then the receipt is written up right after. I did not feel the need to check my tires before leaving. I assumed these people were professionals and knew what they were doing but I was wrong. I had to get my car fixed and it cost $1

Rays Tires have always been my go to guys for my winter tires on my car. If they don't have them they get them in right away. They are straightforward and offer the best rates and a tire rotation after a certain number of kms. Top knotch service.

Worst service ever... they tighten the wheel locks to that much extend to get the tires out from the car again we have to break it at another shop..

Found this place out of the blue even tho they have been there a very long time. Dan and William were great and friendly, while the boys in the shop took care of not only my cars tire change but my wife's as well. Also, they have a 100km go back and torque the lug nut free offer and a 50,000km free tire rotation :), AND the prices were very reasonable and they didn't use any of the worlds excuses to stiff the customer or put up the fake" price hikes. 100% will be going back to them in the future. Came here after receiving horrible service at Tire Wold at Melanie. Ray had excellent tires for reasonable price. Did proper installing and fitting within an hour. Receptionist was very nice as well. Best experience. Would recommend Ray’s Tire over Tire World.

I called in about a flat tire and was told to come in. The owner and guys in the shop were very friendly, efficient and fast. From my call asking if they had parts to the time I left was under an hour. Could not be happier with my experience

Always open and helpful! They are sociable and have a very friendly demeanor. If you need any tire or alignment services definitely come by the shop!
