I just wanted to leave a quick review to say how thankful I am to cliff for fixing my clippers. They stopped working at work they wouldn't even cut hair at all I couldn't use them anymore and I thought I would have to send them into Manufacturer to fix the problem. I brought them down to cliff and he fixed them no problem for a very reasonable price I will definitely be coming back thank you.And still a week later they are working better then ever !

Great job sharpening the serrated blades for my vintage ’60s era GE electric knife. Hard to find someone with that kind of skill. Job done within an hour at a very fair price. Cliff works out of his apartment so call before you drop over ;-)

Victoria Knife & Scissor Sharpening
As a Professional Chef I am Very Happy with the results. I recently gave Cliff four Trident and Henckel knives and they were returned promptly and the edges have been restored with a very precise edge. I would hesitate to give my knives to anyone, but Cliff has a careful hand and his process is minimally invasive. I recommend this service, and will be bringing more knives to him now that I have seen what he can do. His prices are great value.

Cliff was outstanding to deal with, and was very prompt. I took him 3 chefs knives, one with the tip broken off, and they all came back as good as new (if not sharper than when I got them).Highly recommend, will definitely go to him again.

Touched bases with Cliff last evening for a quote on sharpening some knives, he got back to me quickly and I was able to schedule an appointment for this morning, I'm impressed by his promptness as well as his ability to accept more knives then originally mentioned he performed four sharpenings for myself as well as four for my daughter. We are both very pleased with his work and learned something new about single edge and double bevel kives. He also sharpend my wife's sewing sisors as well as our son in law's camping tools.

Cliff did an amazing job restoring my Miyabi knife that had a 1cm chunk out of the middle of the blade. He reprofiled the majority of the blade edge and the knife is now back in the lineup again.

Cliff was friendly, easy to communicate with, and had my knives sharpened and back in my hands in very little time! My knives are not high quality and I wondered if it would be even worth getting them sharpened, but Cliff brought them to a level that was better than I could have imagined! Can’t wait to do some chopping with them! I’ll be bringing my knives back to him regularly. No more dull knives in this house!
