At first I was referred to this shop by my better half as they did her brakes and did a fantastic job with excellent customer satisfaction! And I must say their customer satisfaction and job quality is above and beyond! Great to have a local, fair priced company that truly cares about their customers! I'll be going here from now on and I recommend anyone else, do the same!

I highly recommend James, Mike and the team at AAMCO for all types of vehicle repairs. I initially came to AAMCO several years ago with engine issues that the dealer refused to address, and they went above and beyond to diagnosis the problem, provide supporting information (recalls and alerts) and all the paperwork I needed to have go back to the dealer and have the engine replaced under warranty. They also repaired exhaust system issues that were connected to the faulty engine, and ensured that it was done affordably and correctly. I've been back for service now on other repairs, and the team consistently goes above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of and the mechanical issues are dealt with effectively. AAMCO offers an incredible level of customer service, giving me a high degree of confidence that they value my business.

These guys are by far the absolute best! I was having problems with my bus after a cold start and took it to another shop in town only to pick it up with more severe problems. James @ AAMCO was able to diagnose and repair what I was left behind with. I have never left a shop feeling so confident that my vehicle will be properly and fully repaired! 10/10 service! I would definitely recommend. I booked an appointment with AAMCO because my car was jolting and I was heading on a road trip. Mike was able to fit me in quick to get the car looked at and they diagnosed the problem by the second visit. Two days later they fit me in to fix my car (the day of the road trip). Mike got the job done quick as he knew I needed it done asap, such great service! I will definitely be back if I need car maintenance again. Thank you

Wow, these guys are amazing!I was a frantic mother needing help with a slowly breaking down car...called and was greeted with compassion and kindness! They scanned my car- free of charge and fixed my car quickly and efficiently! Best place ive ever brought my vehicle!

10 stars. We limped into Kamloops and found these guys by fluke. They hooked the car to the computer, diagnosed the problem, got the part, did the repair and had the vehicle back to us in a matter of hours. Absolutely outstanding service, and the nicest guys to deal with. I can't say enough how grateful we are for their assistance.

Mike and the team at AAMCO Kamloops provided excellent service and were able to troubleshoot my unique situation. They accomodated my schedule and went the extra mile to provide me a courtesy vehicle for the weekend when they were delayed by some unforseen events. Highly recommend their transmission shop!

On an urgent road trip from Victoria to Red Deer the transmission in my car died at the bottom of tunnel hill just outside of Merritt on the Coquihalla. After getting a tow back to Merritt, then to AAMCO in Kamloops, James took my vehicle in right away and did an outstanding job of rebuilding my transmission in less than a week! He also replaced my radiator for me as it had been the cause of my transmission blowing all the seals when it leaked coolant into it. AAMCO was recommended to me by the staff at Napa auto parts in Merritt, and I’m so grateful they did! I was able to pick my vehicle up on my way back home and James did such a great job on this, it was like driving an entirely new car all the way back to Victoria. Thank you James, and everyone who had a hand in fixing up my beloved Cecil!
