Healing Movement Massage
I visited Ilona after I pulled the calf muscle while running. She took a good care of my legs as well as the stiff muscles in my neck/shoulders area because of the work in a sitting position. I’ve mentioned that sometimes my wrist hurts after hours of working behind the computer. Ilona showed me the stretching exercises and also recommended switching to the vertical type mouse in order to take off the pressure from my wrist. I highly recommend Ilona not only because of the highly skilled massage techniques but also because of her knowledge on how to prevent the health issues associated with the desk job.

Ilona is fantastic, I had severe pain in my shoulder and arm. Over a few sessions everything was back to normal. She's very well educated and understands the body. To be honest I felt more confident in what she thought was the issue over my doctor.

This was confidently the best massages I've ever had. I've pulled a muscle in my neck, but thanks to Ilona I was able to move my head immediately after the massage and had no discomfort left in 2 days. Tbh, I was sceptical at first, since I am 6'5 and 240 lbs and RMT was half my size

Healing Movement Massage
I am not a person who enjoys regular massages. I recently threw out my back and experienced some tremendous pain to the point where I couldn’t even put an Advil in my mouth without a back spasm. With just two massage treatments from Ilona I was able to move again without pain. She gives the most beneficial massages I have ever received. She is kind and attentive and very knowledgeable on anatomy and stretching. Highly recommend.

Ilona is definitely a great massage therapist. Fixed my back, and relieved knee pain from an injury.She is also great for relaxation massage. Made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.I take my kids to help with growing pains.Highly recommend!

Ilona has made a regular client out of me! She gages the amount of pressure based on your needs and adjusts accordingly. Her hands are so powerful that she isolates the muscle to work through knots, tightness and eases pressure without the downward pressure of “squishing your lungs”. Her massages and stretches are fantastic, rejuvenating and I would highly recommend.

Ilona is an amazing therapist! Ilona not only focuses on the existing pain, but also finds pressure points on the body that are on a much deeper level. Ilona also gave tips on some exercises that I can do to relieve the tension, and explained what's the cause of my pain. Moreover, I always leave her sessions feeling extremely relaxed. I highly recommend her as a true professional!
