My experience with Max was beyond phenomenal. I contacted him about 10 days before closing date of my house. I came to him when a bank decided to abandon me at the very last minute. As soon as I explained my situation to Max, he swung into action and assured me that he’ll take care of everything and that we’ll still be able to meet the closing date. So yes, I am typing this review comfortably sitting on my couch in my first home!!My only regret is that I should have contacted him sooner. I was nothing but impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service Max demonstrated. He took every call, responded to every text and was on top of it throughout the whole lending process.Hayri was also on top of his game. From the first call with I knew I was well taken care of. We found Max by a referral of a friend. He was quick for the first meeting. In that meeting he informed us about the possible interest rates and conditions we will be facing by the way we had our first meeting almost 2 months before the closing. After that unfortunately he didn't answer some of my calls than after 40 days , 7 -10 days to closing, he put 3 offers on the table which shocked us. I remember , I read his email 3 times and checked my meeting notes to believe the interes rate and the conditions. The interest rate and the conditions were doubled and he was extremely comfortable like ,not him there was someone else informed us different rates and conditions in our first meeting. I believe he did this way to put the interest rate on the table after 40 days from our first meeting on purpose to leave us less time to find an alternative mortgage agent so that we must accept one of his offers.We were lucky enough to find a better rates with another mortgage agent therefore I suggest everyone who thinks to work with him to be extremely careful. You shouldn't forget that mortgage agents sells money so if there is any way they can take advantage of your situation they will do that for sure. I would advise everyone at least to work with 2 or 3 agent so no agent should put you in a bad situation like Max did to us.

Max were absolutely amazing! From the first phone I had with him I knew I made a good selection.He was able to help us obtain a great rate on our mortgage. He was quick to reply to critical emails and he was always so friendly. He worked with our needs and requirements with ease. Submitting documents was super easy and secure.
