Land Rover Hunt Club is absolutely outstanding! From arrival at dealership, to service staff was fantastic! Prompt greeting, relaxing private areas to wait and enjoy coffee and snacks. Service was exceptional! Staff was so kind and service staff so informative throughout my wait. Sales staff was there to also greet you and allow you to look at the new and updated models arriving. All staff was welcoming and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Such an amazing experience at Land Rover Hunt Club. The space is absolutely beautiful and I waited while my service was completed. All of the leadership team came to chat and make sure that I had any and all provisions during my stay. They even offered me an empty office space for me to take one of my meetings. Land Rover on Hunt Club has to be one of the best dealerships we have ever worked with. I have bought a FEW new vehicles in my time and they SURPASS any customer service I have ever encountered! From Bijan the Finance professional, Ian the Sales Manager, and ESPECIALLY Stacey the Salesperson, (who by the way, has the cutest New Zealand accent and performed the Haka for us), I am thoroughly impressed with their standards of customer service. Putting people first in any industry today is not like it used to be, BUT they have restored my faith! The day we walked in, we were not exactly dressed to impress as it had been a long day for us, and we were still treated with respect and dignity. I can't say enough about this dealership. Had a great experience purchasing a vehicle here, highly recommended reaching out to Bruce. He was professional, knowledgeable, and overall a great sales specialist as he wasn’t pushing to get a sale, but instead find what’s best for me.Bijan gave an extremely pleasant experience, someone that I could trust dealing with my fiancée without me present as dealerships don’t have the best reputation dealing with females(in my experience). One word: lifesavers! I was having a horrendous time dealing with another dealership that was in possession of my vehicle (Range Rover Evoque) for more than 7 months without actually completing all the necessary repairs. I ended up contacting Land Rover Hunt Club as an alternative ... not only did they source parts to be delivered within two days. They were able to complete multiple repairs within a week while providing a loaner which was to my liking (the newer version of my vehicle so that I didn't feel out of place). The level of professionalism by the entire team can't be matched and the quality of service certainly is in line with the luxurious price point associated with the brand. The hospitality when you step into this dealership is unreal. Overall the experience was excellent and restored my faith in the company and humanity. Communication was clear every step of the way with firm disclosure of what the cost would be -- no hidden fees or funny business around charges for hours of labour that were not discussed or disclosed. Like I said --- lifesavers.
