Ordered the vermicelli takeout but unfortunately it was not good, the chicken tasted tough and rubbery. I ate the spring rolls and they were decent but had to throw the rest out. The noodle soup might be better but haven’t tried.

Dined in, Flavorful broth and fantastic portions, very tasty all around, tried the spring rolls, beef pho tai and lemongrass chicken vermicelli.The spring rolls had a very meaty filling, the soup had a wonderful broth and a good portion of meat to noodles, the lemongrass chicken was also super tasty, Vietnamese food is best enjoyed the moment its hot so while this place does offer take out I highly recommend eating at the location for the best experience.

The flavours of the vermicelli bowl and rice dishes are good. The beef in the rice dish was on the chewy and tough side.The nước mắm is too fishy and salty imo.The Pho is quite salty for my personal taste but is still good. I would have loved to see tender slices of rare beef in my Special Beef Noodle Pho.Most restaurants that I've been to have rare beef spices in their Special Pho.This was my second visit here and overall is it average. I found the value of the food to be on the expensive side.I wanted to see dishes like Bánh xèo and simple drinks like Soda Chanh or even Avocado shakes.

I ordered the satay pho. It was subtle at first. Very light as if the flavour hasn’t fully coated your mouth yet. Near the end, it’ll taste good and you’re no longer dissatisfied thinking it was bland at the beginning. I like that.Edit: I returned a year later and accidentally found a good hack for the satay. Order the 25a and then ask for a side of 25b sauce. 25a is relatively bland and 25b is too sweet. Combine this together and you’ll have the perfect bowl. Try it!

Ordered vermicelli. I loved it!I like that it is served without bean sprouts (cuz I don't like bean sprouts) but includes the usual - lettuce, cucumber and carrots.It was also topped with a mix of fried onion+peanut topping - delish! The pork also had great flavour (some grill flavour too). Will be back and would recommend if you're in the area.

I will be in here twice and my experience here was very good. It's a very calm place not too loud. The menu is perfect. It's not overly complicated. Nice authentic Vietnamese place and the food is fabulous. Everything comes out fresh. Highly recommend to go for if you're feeling to eat Vietnamese

We were looking for something to eat around Chinook and I remembered there was a Vietnamese restaurant before 58 Ave (driving North on MacLeod), but it was closed so we kept going and saw a little Vietnamese restaurant in a strip mall on the west side of MacLeod and decided to go there and I'm very glad we did, because it's a real treasure!Service was great, food items were served very quickly, the portions were big, and the food was definitely delicious!I had the shrimp fried rice and my daughter had the grilled shrimp and spring roll on vermicelli and before the tip the price was less than $30, which I thought it was very reasonable.If we're around than area again, I think we'll be visiting one more time for some very yummy food!
