This store have been nothing but super helpful to me. Mad rush one day and left it very late to grab some balloons. 5 mins before they close and I grab 15 balloons that I wanted that solution to stop them deflating quickly. They not only helped, they stayed behind and helped me get everything I needed. Left a very happy chappy.

The store is very un kept it not placed nicely it needs better organization. Need help on busy occasions. The biggest thing is balloon prices im not happy with paying $20.00 for 5 balloon I brought in of my own style to have filled only a quarter full when they are suppose to be 11 inches they were beautiful mothers days balloons ruined and m they hardly could float cuz the helium wasn't equal to the high float they put in. I get it these are hard times but businesses need to be providing customer satisfaction to keep them coming back.

Owner argued with my wife when she said that a particular birthday item wasn't in the style she was looking for. Got rude and aggressive before she left. Not sure why she ended up going there in the first place since it's unorganized with poor quality items. I get it's a dollar store, but dollarama is luxury shopping compared to this place.

Visited this store few times and I must say it has more variety compared to other store. Owners are also willing to accomodate your requests. Prices are reasonable and exchanges are easy.

Very well kept and well appointed store. It has absolutely everything you could possibly think of.Great quality merchandise. Not what you usually find in dollar stores. The owner was very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend shopping here. I could go there ten times and still not see everything they have. So fun!

Pros: had the item I was looking for.Cons: theres so much stuff crammed into a tiny store. Looks messy and unorganized. The cashier (who I assume is also the owner) was visibly annoyed I came in. He couldnt even pause the video he was watching on his phone while he served me. Customer service is seriously lacking. I'd rather go to dollarama where they seem happy to serve me.
