WORST COMPANY EVERY. DONT DO IT. I experienced the absolute worst customer service ever from this company. Not once, not twice, not 3 times, but 4 times including the worst of them all coming from the manager. How a company can operate like this I have no idea. There is specifically an agent by the name of Jacob who is particularly worse and needs to be taught what professionalism and respect is. This company is going to hell and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. My condolences in advance to anyone that has to deal with them.

CloudStar remains one of the best internets providers. It has been a great experience working with a provider like them that is very understanding, reliable and the customer service has been great. I recommend their services to anyone and trust me, you will enjoy working with great people.

Beware they are scam and will put charges on your name without signing any contract even if you just place order and cancel later. I placed an order and later I canceled my services because I found better deal else where and I called to cancel way even before I picked up modem from their office and my service start date. Today after 2 months I find out that I got charged for canceling my internet and without signing any agreement or without using their service. I called the customer rep after long wait time on hold I get connected and he said I was charged cancellation fee. First of all, when I cancelled my service no one informed me about charges otherwise I could’ve dealt that time. I informed him I didn’t even use their service and they still charged me. He tried to make me $50 but why I should pay any fee , if I didn’t even use their service. Personal note: in this tough time where everyone is going through financial strain and all the business is trying to find a way to help each other and we have cloudstartv making profit on people hard earned money. This company is money oriented not customer. Save your self, you will not regret. I usually don’t write this long review but at this time I have share my experience so, someone else don’t go through this experience. I got scammed and I’ll highly recommend please choose other provider.
