The staff are a great help with any scooter related questions. They certainly went out of their way to make my son pick a scooter that he was very happy with.

Went to West 49 for the first time in years to do some Christmas shopping this morning. The associates were super nice, and trendy. Lots of good sales on, especially with Christmas so close.

Stopped in to pick up a jacket on our way out of town and arrived shortly before the posted 9:30am opening. At 9:50am we left because the store was still not open while the surrounding stores were open for business. The clerk the day before even mentioned the opening time and we planned around that. Disappointed.

This store used to be a lot better managed, they're trying too hard with keeping up with mini phases and weird brands instead of trying to keep up with teens. Bring back Element Jean's!

Often overpriced for the product, but they are definitely cheaper than buying brand name items at board shops and pseudio, especially when you get a sale

Quality, fun & stylish and brand name clothing! Some brands May shrink so you may want to ask before you buy and buy a size up!! Great prices !! Located in the Avalon Mall!

If it can give it no star i would trying to call the store for 1 hour and no answer and the pick up and hang up y have phones if you don't wanna pick up
