Last week Eric and Jesse came to my house in Penticton to repair my pool cover after I had a conversation about it on the phone with Allan. I just wanted to say how very impressed I was with their service. Eric and Jesse were both personable and professional, in addition to making the repair with what appeared to be a very high level of skill. Furthermore, when I spoke to Allan on the phone I found him to be extremely helpful and informative. In a nutshell, I think that Pool Patrol is a team of superstars!

This is an awesome company! Super responsive and helpful. This is high season for pools right now and we had an issue with our cover. It needed to be hooked up and I had been calling around for help with no luck.One call to Pool Patrol and Allan asked for a picture or video of what I was seeing. Next thing you know we’re on FaceTime and he saved me time and money by just walking me through how to hook it back up myself.Would highly recommend the company!

Pool Patrol added a mortorixed cover to our inground pool. It adds so much safety and protection of the pool. It makes an amazing difrerence in both safety and attractiveness.
