Cardinal Spa and Massage

I've had my second massage with Sammi and she has been wonderful. She is highly skilled and did a great job of making me feel at ease and I've felt so much more relaxed and restful after a massage with her. She is great at listening to feedback and finding all those tense, tight muscles and working them into relaxation. I would definitely recommend her and will continue to benefit from her services myself.

New to the area, I found cardinal based on reviews. I had the opportunity for the owner Monica to work on my sciatica. This woman was amazing. I literally limped in and walked out feeling better than I had in months. This lady is the real deal. Thank you Monica, I will be back.

Just had a 30 minute massage from Laurel, I've had previous neck issues and get sore there a lot. Laurel worked her magic and got the stress and kinks out. I literally have way better range of motion in my neck turning from right to left. Very pleased, will be back. Worth every penny. Thank you Laurel.

My husband and I went for a couples massage for our anniversary. Although we couldn't be in the same room, I'm guessing because of restrictions, we each got separate massages from Laurel and Monica. Both of them were very professional and friendly. Our massages were awesome. We both felt so much better afterwards. We will definitely go back.Thank you ladies!!

I scheduled a massage as a personal bridal gift for my dear friend a few days before her wedding, both of us hoping for an amazing experience. Because of miscommunication and inflexibilty, part of her experience was not able to be done. Disappointment 1.Bride hoped for a quiet, relaxing hour +, massage therapist missed cues and didn't stop talking. Disappointment 2.The massage itself was just okay. Bride had better experiences at other spas at much less cost. Disappointment 3.

Went in for my second massage ever and I definitely recommend this place. I'm a truck driver and my back and shoulder muscles were tight and Monica did an amazing job and I feel 100 percent better.

If I could give negative stars, I would!I received a massage here after a recent miscarriage and shared deeply personal information with the massage therapist. Later I was told that my personal information had been shared by the therapist and spoken about in front of other customers as the owner and therapist gossiped about my personal life. Then she shared the information with my partner! And due to it being shared inaccurately, that relationship experienced massive disrupt.Six months later I called to share my experience with the owner. Monica, did not apologize or show any empathy or care that my personal information was made public and even shared with my partner. Not only was she extremely rude, she blamed me for the experience.If you want a safe and sacred space to heal, this is NOT the place. Worst experience with a business of any kind ever.
