State Soft Water

State soft water did a great job in installing a new RO filteration system for my house. Install of the new filteration system had some issues but Jeff came back twice and fixed it completely by replacing the whole unit. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a rental softener from State Soft Water from before their acquisition. My contract had a clause in it to get a new softener when I ended the rental that was not favorable for them in the current environment but they stood behind it and honored it completely. I appreciate what they did and would recommend them.

Very happy with my new water softener. Ryan was prompt & knowledgeable. Our installer was professional & helpful, placing the unit strategically in our furnace area since we plan that as our unfinished area.I would highly recommend this company.

My father has been a customer of this business for 20+ years. He is 81 and very I'll and I pay his bills. If his water softener bill gets behind ($30) they send people to his house to pound on the door up to 20min. They don't call me, which I've told them to do. Instead I was told this is standard practice. They were here last week and I told them I would send in the bill. 3 days later they're at the house again pounding on the door.I've never had ANY company come to a person's house constantly, especially to an elderly man with cancer who has ALWAYS PAID HIS BILL. I called again and was td this is standard practice and they will continue to do it. So now I need a new rental place.

Ryan with State Soft Water is absolutely fantastic! We had hard, irony city water and the system that they installed has fixed every issue that we were having. They do a try it before you buy it program that I 100% recommend. This is a great family owned company that puts the customer first! If you're in South Lyon, or a surrounding area, and you don't have a water softener, you're ready to upgrade, want a better company or need some maintenance on an existing system don't hesitate to call.

Kyle is the best delivery driver u hv had, very conscientious. As a long time customer I very much appreciate and know the value of a good employee. I'm tired of all the driver turnover and am ecstatic about Kyle. He's a keeper!!

Ryan came out and took care of all of our water needs with no problems. We had to follow up a few times after having bacteria and water testing done, and he did great with that as well. I should also add we had multiple quotes from other companies in the area and these guys had the best pricing.
