Item could not be found. They had three, no staff on the floor to help. The courtesy desk had to get it for me.

Stock was put on product I needed ( bags for kitchen compost bin. Doesn't know when they will have in stock).

Been standing at the paint counterFor 30 minutes. No one has spoken to me, he is helping another customer adjust color in her paint. All I wanted was one simple can of paint mixed.The 2 workers still have not spoken to me, yet.Called my son who is an employee and he directed someone to mix the paint.Thanks Ralph.

I go into this store a lot and never have any problems but tonight while In there buying two box’s of chest wadders when I was starting to pay at self check out one random worker came up and open the first box and went all through the wadders then asked for the second box I was holding to do the same at which time one of the other employees told him the scan bar was on the box because they thought he was looking for that because he even went as far as to check to make sure the code on the wadders matched the right boxes so at that point I said do you always do this and he said yup it’s something new I’m sure he could tell I was not happy at being accused of stealing, the true self check out employee came over and asked the same thing is this something new and he said yes, I kinda find that funny that two other employees had no intentions of checking my stuff but for some reason this guy did, the whole way he went about it was wrong and not professional he didn’t say what he was even doing just started going through the stuff he shouldn’t have been taking the products I was buying out of the box and touching them like that.

Great shopping experience as always. Clean store, well stocked, mostly tidy shelves except for housewares and seasonal, but that is the customers that make the mess, not the staff that are constantly trying to keep ahead of it. Sale items from flyer are always in stock. Easy to find anything and everything you want, if not just ask one of the very helpful staff. Keep up the great work!!!

When my father used to get his catalogue in the mail he'd jokingly say his new bible arrived.I've often found the staff here friendly and willing to help. With the variety of decent quality things they carry, I stop in here often. You did know Canadian Tire has a tool rental program as well right?
