A fabulous neighborhood gem for freshly baked desserts and pastries. The morning bun was warm, soft, and chewy with a refreshing hint of orange zest! The service was excellent as well. Highly recommend when you’re in the area.

My friend had been here before and it did not disappoint! Both my friend's quiche and my kale caesar were excellent presentations of these classic dishes. I will look forward to a return visit just for dessert and coffee. This place just begs for a return engagement!It was the perfect fortification for a fun, and productive (expensive) day of shopping.

Stumbled upon this bakery this morning and glad we did.The croissant, pain au chocolat & croissant aux amandes are très bien, just like you’d have in France (chefs kiss)Coffee was also delicious and I appreciated a great choice of plant-based milk.Also appreciated beautiful cups and plates. Esthetics dream.Thank you-thank you!

Wonderful gem of a place in downtown Napanee. Service was great, clean and historic cafe/gourmet shop. If anyone remembers Ace Bakery early 90s Toronto you will want to try the focaccia, I think it is better in flavour and texture. The cappuccino was lovely, the only complaint I have is that they only had a chocolate almond croissant, I personally do not like nuts in my pastries. I will try again tomorrow for a plain croissant or even a cheese croissant would suffice ☺️

Friendly cafe. Lots of variety of kitchen merchandise and such. Had lunch there with friends. They followed social distancing protocol. Both my friends had the cream of vegetable soup, one with herb scone. The other had the Adult" grill cheese and she raved about it every bite. I had the mediteranean chicken

I love coming to Ellen'a Cafe to do some work with a croissant and coffee -- it is such a cozy spot that makes me so happy! They have a great seating area with a couple of good outlet locations. The hot drinks and baked items are DELICIOUS. One of my favorite places in Napanee!
