Beyond Survival Hypnotherapy

I started hypnotherapy with Don shortly after I was diagnosed with metastatic, incurable stage 4 cancer and given 14 months to live. Having just gone through the process of chemotherapy, radiation and surgery just months before, I was not looking forward to the prospect of restarting chemotherapy and enduring the many unpleasant side effects. Through our hypnotherapy sessions I learned to access an inner calm and worked on stimulating my immune system and own inner healing powers. Five months later I am feeling stronger and the healthiest I’ve been in over 2 years. There are still side effects from the chemo, but are manageable and no longer overwhelming. I don’t know where this journey is going to lead, but because of my work with Don I know I’m in a much better space and have more tools to handle whatever comes my way.Forever grateful, Kristie K
