Loving Paws & House Sitting

I have benefited from Loving Paws services since 2012. It is so easy, as a returning customer, to book a cat sitter when I have travel plans. The cat sitters come and care for my cats, but they also play with them and look after the house. The regular visits ensure my house insurance stays valid and I come home to happy kitties. I have recommended Loving Paws to many friends and they have all had great experiences too. Thank goodness for a business like this!

We were a bit nervous to leave our bunny with strangers for the first time. We have now used Loving Paws twice and feel comfortable leaving our Betty in the sitters homes. Sabrina and Kim are great! It was such a relief to come home and see that she was in such good care. We would definitely recommend this service.

Sophie B. has cared for our cat Beau on two occasions. Beau is diabetic and requires insulin both morning and evening and she has capably administered that so his condition has not suffered in the least. As a matter of fact, I recommended her to my daughter, a veterinarian and she has told her clients in similar situations of Sophie's expertise. First time I have contacted Loving Paws & House Sitting for a cats nail trim. Melody arrived on time and with my help she was able to trim my cat Phoebes nails. The experience was fantastic. The stress level was down for both my cat and myself. Melody is excellent at her job and I will be contacting her in the future for nail trims.

Such a great experience from beginning to end. Sophie was absolutely wonderful, coming twice daily to give our three cats some food, attention and a whole lot of love. There was a thorough in-person meet and greet prior to the first visit and notes left detailing each day's visits. Our vet recommended Loving Paws and we will not hesitate to use them again!

My experience with Loving Paws was excellent. For two and a half years Stephanie came to the house every 3 days to administer subQ fluid to my cat who suffered from Chronic Kidney Disease. On occasion when Stephanie wasn’t able to come she arranged for Caroline to do the treatment instead. Both Stephanie and Caroline were great. Their dedication meant my cat never missed a treatment and I believe that is a big part of why he lived comfortably and happily until the age of 20. After I put my sweet boy down Stephanie stopped by with flowers from both her and Caroline, which I found quite touching during such a difficult time.

We are very pleased with the homesitting services provided by Loving Paws. We don't have pets, but needed someone trustworthy and reliable to check in on our home to water our plants and check the mail while we were away. Caroline did an excellent job and even ran our taps, flushed the toilets and checked for any leaks. This gave us great peace of mind while on vacation. Now that we know this company exists, we might even consider getting another cat! Thanks again Caroline:)

We had planned to use our regular kennel for a trip in December, planned it 6 months in advance. As we got closer to our departure date, we looked into an at home service. Our dog is older and always comes back with issues from the kennel (infection on face, loses his voice, loses weight etc). With only about 2-3 weeks of notice, loving paws let us know they had availability. Tracy-Ann was the person staying over with our dog and doing afternoon visits. Melody did the midday visits. I can’t say how amazing they were. They took care of everything. Tracy-Ann was the one that spent the more time with our dog, and he fell in love with her. She took care of everything for him (he needs a bit more care since he’s a pug). She also took care of the house perfectly. Melody was also amazing and took care of Stanley every midday visit. Cannot recommend this company enough. First time we come back from a trip with zero issues with our dog. No infections, no loss of voice or weight. They respond to communications quickly, but most importantly have incredibly reliable, trustworthy and pet loving staff. We willbe booking with them every trip we take. I know our little guy will be happy to see Tracy-Ann and Melody! Thanks again!!

During several trips, my two cats have been well taken care of by a visiting sitter. The best part is reading the daily diary of how things are going no matter where you are and little anecdotes along the way.Since then, ongoing medical appointments every 3-4 weeks have gotten us through, and most recently, a couple of boarding requirements were arranged on short notice.The service is quick to understand the need and timely in its responsiveness.
