My husband and I recently worked with Paul during the purchase of our townhouse. It was during a crazy market high which meant we didn't have time to make any wrong moves. Paul was always ready to talk us through our options and the different processes we were going through so that it made sense to us. He made sure to send us lists of documents he needed from us and he was able to keep us on track so that everything was ready for the banks to look over. We really gave him some tight time limits on a few things and he made them work! We feel very fortunate to have been able to work with Paul and get the mortgage we needed to buy a great home!
