Parkland Travel & Cruise

. I had contacted Parkland travel back in October looking to do a cruise for my honeymoon. I was immediately replied back to within a hours which was fantastic. I was asked a few questions which I fully answered also including some new information. And sent the email off. I have multiple times confirmed to make sure that I had responded which I did as it shows in my sent mail. However, never heard from them again absolutely radio silence. I understand that they might be busy so I waited a few weeks however, time and time went by I finally just decided to go with someone else. It’s not my job to keep emailing someone if they want business as I had responded and it is on their end now. I’ve heard really good reviews about this place. I would just be wary about the communication.

What a nightmare, to get your ticket is very easy here but dare you ask for anything after,they ignore your calls. Communication is very bad , just go somewhere else.

When I was first looking at booking this trip Lori was super helpful and answered my emails quickly. After we paid for the trip she would ignore my emails and calls. We finally received our travel documents only days before we left. We had a large group and our group seating was stupidly booked so that me and my husband were supposed to be split up. Overall not happy and will not book through here again.
