WSP

I'm on a strata council in Abbotsford BC and we have a 1 level, concrete parkade ,that we thought should have an engineering assessment done due to its 50 year age and safety concerns. Our property manager, Jennifer , recommended WSP so we contacted them in July 2021. Estimated cost for analyzing concrete samples about $11,000. (already paid)October 2021 parkade is cleared and WSP drills out there core samples and takes pictures of parkade structure.April 2022 a detailed 45 pagePARKING GARAGECONCRETE CONDITIONASSESSMENTis sent to us with recommendations on what work should be done.It is now August 2022(4 months after the assessment has been sent to us and over 1 year after initially engaging WSP) and we are still waiting for price quotes from WSP to go ahead with the work.I think we have been more than patient.
