Duncan was amazing and professional. We came home to a failed furnace in -40 degree weather. Duncan showed up on time and had a professional assessment of the problem, both in depth and magnitude.

Gord and his team installed my new furnace. I couldn’t be happier, the whole experience was great from start to finish, and everything works perfectly!

Had an issue with bathroom plumbing. Dan was the repair fellow that fixed our situation. Excellent service. Phoned last night and he was here first thing in the morning. Other company’s had up to a 2 week waiting period unless I called for an emergency. Cost was quite reasonable as well.Highly Recommend these guys !

Gordon and his team are the best. We appreciated the rapid response to address an issue with our infloor heating system. Dan did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problem. We don't call anyone but Alberta Best. Thanks to Gordon and his team.

Plumber was on time. When he arrived, looked at the hot water tank, said: “looks like a loose connection.”Then unplugged the unit and plug it back it and left. Had hot water for 24hrs, then the same problem occurred. Turns out the entire unit needed to be replaced. Not impressed.

As always, Gordon and his team provide exceptional service. I've been with them for years and never hesitate to recommend them. I've worked with many trades, but few have had the professionalism that Gord's team has. He won't hesitate to tell you when you shouldn't spend the money on something, and suggest alternatives.

This company is absolutely amazing! Gordon was so great on the phone when I booked the appointment! He even worked with the price for me! Joked around with me!! Was absolutely an amazing person to deal with! Duncan came and did the drain cleaning. I unfortunately was not home as I was at work. But my son told me that he was absolutely awesome! He chatted up a storm with him. I unfortunately was not able to tip him this time, as I am a single mother and had to take the funds out of my next month's rent in order to pay for it! But I will definitely be using this company again, and recommending this company to absolutely everyone that I can! And I will make sure I am able to tip next time! I am so sorry Duncan, you did such an amazing job and was so great with my oldest! I hope next time something like this happens I am able to meet you and tip you personally!! Absolutely love you guys!!
