i feel uncomfortable getting photo IDed when i literally have no photo ID other than my WCI student card. Not to mention I have been denied service twice because i don’t have any other photo ID. I have a health card without picture but i’ve been told its not good enough. I am a regular customer who has been using Telus for a long time. I somewhat dread going to get my plan renewed but Telus is an 8 minute walk for me which is super convenient.

Super friendly, very knowledgeable and good customer service! Overall pleased with my experience.

I went this morning to the Telus store in Woodstock to ask for help in reactivating my Koodo’s account My credit card expired and got a new one. U think in your right mind they like to help no no no they don’t. Ask for a new phone they dragged a person in the store. For service that person sucks. Have a great day

I drive out of my way to go to this location based solely on the outstanding customer service I've always received here! (I have a store much closer but they can't compare to the service here)

Worst service ever. I drwad going Into the store in woodstock. It's the same arrogant guy evwrytime I cringe. I leave even more frustrated then when I enter. After being id and locked out of the fro t door like a prisoner. If I could get out of this koodo telus co react I will...I dont care whag jt cost as long as I never have to go back....Google needs a zero star review.

No customer service at all. Always too busy to give customers quick and friendly service

Had a quick, informative experience swapping our phones the other day.

Everytime I walk into this place I'm greeted by someone who acts like I'm a nuisance. Not to mention they ID you at the door before you can enter. 0 customer service skills. Usually no help. The only reason I went in today was because the rep on the phone said they resolved my issue, but I had to do it in store. They couldn't help me. 0 stars avoid this place. Drive somewhere elseThanks for the reply. Judging by other reviews the main problem is the lack of customer service and making customers feel welcome. I called Telus back and they were confused why it couldn't happen. It's now been resolved. I understand your loss prevention issues being in the industry, but I'm sure there are better ways without making people feel uncomfortable. Perhaps explain the process while asking for identification. There was nothing out to view or steal.

Best place to get a rogers plan
