24/7?!! Je suis allée 2 fois le soir ver 22h 23h l’immeuble fermé. J ai dur retourner faire mes exercices dans mon département car la nuit c est le seul temps que j ai.

J’ai pris une bonne décision de m’inscrire à ce gym! L’ambiance est zen, c’est propre, le personnel est souriant, dès ma première visite on m’a donné des conseils. C’est devenu mon plaisir de la semaine.

The gym is really nice! The staff is super friendly and will answer any question you have about how to use the equipments. I tried one of their protein drinks and it was amazing! I definitely recommend. Also, it’s a gym for women so that’s a plus!

Ever since my first training with Mona, I've felt motivated, and saw results in a short amount of time. She's always pushing me to do better and be better. She is a fantastic trainer and she knows what she's doing. Her capability to connect with your energy is what's sets her apart from the rest. Shes very intuitive and has beautiful and calming energy. She listens and will make sure you stay on the right track. She has created a beautiful gym atmosphere where you feel at home right away. I highly recommend Empower Gyms.

N’ouvre pas 24/24, j’ai été m’inscrire sure place hier Dimanche, c’était fermé, j’ai appelé au tel pour m’aider étant devant l’immeuble, ça sonne sans réponse.
