First visit was helped" by staff. Pointed to showroom area with no pricing and handed us a bunch of pamphlets with no pricing. Ok cool we can come back once we know what we like. Come back just be told we are not going to be helped and they can give us pamphlets....I'll just install a paper bathroom with my pamphlets. I can appreciate that my one bathroom project will not make you the same money a contractor will but then don't serve the public. Both times staff were unwelcoming and rude. Will not be back."

Thanks for fixing up the Blanco faucet. It is working better than new and the pressure now is awesome. I went to two other popular plumbing stores (won't mention their names) here in Thunder Bay and no one would even really look at the problem I was having with the faucet - they had no tools to remove the aerator and they really didn’t give a damn! Suggested maybe I should just purchase a new faucet!!!The service Denis provided was exceptional. Denis removed the old aerator, replaced with a new one while I waited. I brought the faucet home, connected it and it works better than it did when it was new.FANTASTIC FRIENDLY SERVICEThanks again . . .Doug Brown

I purchased my Rinnai C85 heater when I built my house 9 years ago, along with a substantial amount of other products from this business. I have returned to the store several times to purchase replacement parts, or additional parts, and they have only been able to supply one replacement part in 9 years. I returned yesterday for a part for the Rinnai, and was told I've never heard of that model". I thought to myself

If I could give no stars I would talked to guy named boyd so rude told my wife to know her place wow
