SAFE-D DRYER VENT CLEANING
Excellent company to deal with. Highly recommend Duane. He shows up as promised, does quality work (installed a cage on our exterior dryer vent and cleaned the dryer duct work) and stands behind it. Wouldn't call anyone else. We are happy repeat customers.

Unfortunately for us our problem turned out to be not routine " nevertheless Duane explained everything with great detail and provided videos from our attic to show us what we were dealing with. Duane cleaned our dryer vent and made adjustments to prevent it building up so fast again. He was proficient and extremely knowledgeable. Duane was excellent. A perfectionist who took the time to replace broken parts and improve my vent system while he cleaned it. I have had many technicians over the years and he was the best by far. I took some cards to let everyone know about him. Really excellent work!!

They came to clean my vent and it turned into a bigger job as the vent was crushed for my dryer...they made time and repaired the duct and cleaned my vent...they were very professional, excellent service, very nice to deal with and i will be doing business with them in the future...I highly recommend this company for anyone's dry vent needs

Duane was professional and knowledgeable. He squeezed me in and took his time.I had him clean the dryer vent duct work. He went above and beyond and even gave me suggestions about getting in contact with the store where I bought the dryer. He provided me with documentation and pictures I need to contact the store. He even put the appropriate ducting material that should have been put on at the time of delivery and installation by the delivery company. He fixed the problem! Duane was honest and didn’t overcharge. I am beyond satisfied with the services he offered. I highly recommend Duane and I will definitely keep using him.

Booked a dryer cleaning with SAFE-D this week and was very impressed. Duane was punctual, professional and went above and beyond! Heck, he completed the entire job while my 2 year old was napping in the adjacent room and didn’t wake him up!
