Sandman Signature Langley Hotel

I have stayed here a few times and usually a good experience. My last suite had a washer and dryer in room, which came in handy when some of the soccer kids muddied up their gear. Both bathroom doors were unable to close properly in the suite and there were no remotes for the tvs. We found an old pop can under the pullout couch. Still giving 5 stars as the majority of my stays have been pretty flawless.

Room smelled musky and humid. There was pink mold around the shower and sink drains. Otherwise seemed clean.The sound of the AC was horrible and the mattresses had no support. They looked clean and on the newer side but way too soft.

Overall my stay was great. Your staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was great. The bed was comfy and my room was clean. The only negative was my experience with your fitness center. It was very lackluster - there was only 2 treadmills and an arm focused cable machine. I've never been to a fitness center that didn't even have a dumbbell or a kettle bell. I'd recommend investing in some more equipment.

Was a great stay this last weekend at the Signature in Langley. Michael upgraded my room for free and left me a nice little care package in my room with some drinks and snacks. Definitely made me feel special, and I appreciated it. Both the people at the front desk that helped me check in and check out were very lovely as well. I forgot their names unfortunately. 10/10 Well done guys, great service!

Had a great stay, actually I’m still here! I’ve had a couple out of the ordinary requests and Ram and Brenda have been more than helpful. I had to use the business center as well as photocopy and print some documents, and Ram got it done for me. Also the gym doesn’t open till 7 usually but the front desk will unlock the door for you anytime.Thank you guys!

I used to receive a welcome basket in my room during all my stays. Jason, the previous manager was quite good at making us feel like valued clients. Since returning from COVID I have yet to experience that same level of appreciation even though my rates are up significantly. Your staff on-site at check-in and housekeeping are always very courteous and pleasant.

I just love coming here. Tonight Avneet checked me in and she was wonderful. She went above and beyond to make sure My stay here was exactly what I needed. Not the fake customer service smile you could tell she was genuinely happy to help. 5 stars for her!

Avneet was absolutely amazing at accommodating us. We were totally stressed, 10 suitcases, 3 kids and a dog in a room with just 2 queen beds, but she went out of her way to arrange us an extra room with an upgrade. She was wonderful! She was so kind, friendly and genuine. Would definitely come back!

Travelling here for work monthly, I’ve always found the staff to be very friendly, efficient, and welcoming. Whenever I’ve had any type of issue at all, it’s quickly been resolved by either Ram or Jith. The king suite is excellent for working out of town with a private bedroom, kitchen/living room, bathroom, and in suite laundry. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The location is very walkable, and has easy access to the Trans Canada hwy, which is ideal for my commute.

We checked in on July 9th at 4:30pm and our room wasn’t ready…but they were able to get us in a different room. The room itself is amazing…clean, modern. We had a king suite with kitchenette, living room area and even a washer/dryer (but no soap).After our first night (we’re staying for 7 nights!!) we requested a different room as the bed is soooooo soft! (tooooo soft!) but was told they have just replaced all mattresses in this hotel a year ago with these soft mattresses. Looks like we’ll either need to move to the floor or check out the hide-a-bed in the couch. I’m afraid we will have back aches for the next 6 days if we stay in this bed. The bedding and pillows are great…but this mattress is awful.Being a room on the first floor…the flood lights outside our window were extremely bright…even when trying to pull the blinds closed (the A/C blew the blinds open).The staff was friendly but just learning. Any questions we had they didn’t have answers but said they’d get back to us.Also, the website says the gym is open at 6am but isn’t open until 7am. Needed to get a staff to open it at 6am.I do love this hotel…but honestly the bed is a deal breaker to ever stay again. For one night, I suppose it’s do-able…but a week…ouch! Wouldn’t recommend.
