Mike from Safe 'N' Sound Environmental Services provided excellent customer service every step of the way from quote & inspection to the final removal of the mold growth in my attic space . I was working against a closing date for my house and Mike answered all of my questions - very patient, friendly and managed to squeeze me in on a Saturday to make the deadline. Mike and Tony arrived on schedule and the treatment was completed, and only completed when all mold was removed. I have two attic spaces and one is very small and it is very hard to breath in there by afternoon - my husband only lasted about 10 seconds and had to come down - I don't know how these guys do it, because it is very hard work and it is like working in a very cramped boiler room - but they got the job done and I'm very happy with the service provided and I will definitely be referring Mike at Safe 'N' Sound to all my friends and family. I just can't say enough about how happy I am with the service provided to me yesterday!

We had a company come in to do duct cleaning and were referred to another company when they told us we had asbestos. The other company had given us this huge quote and it didn't sit well with us that they had never seen our house. I contacted Mike and asked if he could come take a look and do an inspection. Mike was kind, incredibly accommodating, and honest. Turns out there wasn't asbestos, and he gave us some great education on what to look for. It's hard when you're dealing with something that's as nerve wracking as asbestos, and Mike was honest and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone needing the services he provides, he's a wonderful person.

Mike Rocha, from Safe 'n Sound Environmental Services, came to our home to provide us with a quote. He got back to us in a timely manner with his quote which was very reasonable. He was very pleasant and answered all of our many questions, e.g. what to do with our cats, if we had to leave our home, etc. Mike and his co-worker attended a few days later. They were on time, completed the work as discussed and left our basement very clean. The final invoice was as discussed and no further costs were incurred.
