If I could give zero stars I would! the lady was so rude because we apparently didn’t say hi to her

I read in reviews of people who also visit this location, have had bad experiences, but the few times I've visited this location since April, have been pretty great. The taste and quality of popcorn I bought and the customer service. - It was only another customer who was rude to me because she wanted me to hurry.

The lady was vulgar. I only come there because that location is close to my house.

Went there on Sunday, I was there at about 4:57pm. I know it's closing time, I was rushed to order, and when they scoop and packed they threw on the counter. Their faces showed unwillingness to service.

Love your product but how come you don't accept cash anymore. Took one of my students, who saved her allowance to buy herself a treat but was unable to purchase it. As a retailer, you should be ashamed of yourself.

First time at this location. I’m finding popcorn not really coated on a lot and a bunch of burnt ones?

I love their popcorn, but the customer service at this location is horrible and need to be worked on. I went to buy popcorn and the attitude I received from the attendant was so rude for no reason. I said good morning and she didn’t even answer. She was also dressed very sloppy and could care less.Please train your staffs on customer service. I asked her what’s the price for a certain can and she just pointed at the wall where the cans were. I asked because I wear glasses and it was hard to see. I was really tempted to just leave, but since I was already there I just bought it. I probably would never go back to this location.I love to write great reviews when I receive great service. But, this ain’t it.

Came on a Saturday afternoon and the store was very busy with many customers but the staff worked quickly. I bought a small bag of double hit popcorn, which cost around $10 but the size of the bag is quite large and fits a lot of popcorn. It tasted fresh and delicious.

Deceitful lying promo. Hi. Would you like to try our $5 special tin of buttersalt popcorn?" $11 later for a disposible plastic tube and 6 cents of the same popcorn you get from a microwave (actually you get less). What a rip off. Shame on me

The lady was rude and had poor customer service. She told us to wait to Order because we didn’t say hi to her and that she was doing another order. She was just standing there and could’ve taken our order. Her tone of voice was disrespectful, do not go here.
