Friendly helpful staff! If there's something you need thats not in stock, they are quick to offer to order whatever it is you're looking for.

Seems to be over priced compared to other homehardware stores

GF went down to look at flowers and ended up buying a bunch of outdoor flowers and 2 bags of 16kg/bag soil for flowers( bags are 4normal bags of soil packed into one) She had requested at the till to get help with them into vehicle but instead got offered buy employes to hold store door on her way out. She is due any week with our baby girl and shouldn't be lifting anything and may have got over excited on soil and flowers but the store should off seen any heavy or awkward object they sell makes it into customers vehicle safely . Not very impressive customer service, GF ended up with sore back next morning and is slow to move today !

This place has almost everything you need for any project big or small inside or out.

Not everything in stock but most things you need. Always a positive and friendly atmosphere.

One of the largest Home Hardware's in the area. Also has a good gift area with tons of unique items. Staff were very helpful.

It was very friendly and clean hardware store to go to go what I was looking for with help from the staff an it was very fast (in an out)

This was my first occasion to visit the store. I was looking for lumber to help restore an old house. I was required to walk from the showroom to the lumber yard just to get a stock number for a checkout clerk.While walking to the LumberYard I passed several employees who were using some type of device and I wondered why couldn't the clerk call the lumber yard and get the stock number without the customer having to go through this.I was told the reason I had to walk from the showroom to the lumber yard to get the stock number is because all employees were on lunch!This seems like a strange way to run a business.Once my order was placed the person who worked in the lumber yard was extremely helpful.Please don't make it so hard for customers to spend money at your business in the future.
